Hey guys! I'm sure so many of you are so excited that the Nordstrom Anniversary sale is now open to the public! I know you guys have keep messaging me on instagram just waiting until the sale is live to the public! I know it's probably overwhelming and frustrating to see so many things being out of stock so quickly but don't let that discourage you, there are still so many amazing pieces out there still at great prices! If this is your first time shopping the sale or still fairly new to it, I created a post with all of my tips and tricks on how to shop the sale HERE.
A lot of people have been sharing dupes for things from Amazon etc and I understand that to a certain extent but I'm at a time in my life where I'm thinking quality over quality. If these great quality pieces are on sale at the same price (or close to) as lower quality items from Amazon why would you even second guess it?! I would much rather pay a little bit more for items that will last me a really long time and things I will really truly love and bring joy (the Marie Kondo way) to my life. I've spent so many years buying more cheap things and I'm never very happy with the quality and I have to remind myself of that constantly.
ANYWAYS, enough of me blabbing away, some of my favorite things to shop the sale are bigger ticket items that you save the most on. I look for shoes, outerwear, beauty, and home products! I also look for staple clothing pieces that are super easy to transition into fall and pieces that you can easily mix and match with things you already have. I think the Beauty department has some of the best deals out of the whole sale this year! I have all of these products and love them all so much! It's the perfect time to save on splurge items that literally give you a salon experience at home! I know because I used to use all 3 of these facial tools on my facial clients and they give you great results!
